Dominic Hare started his career at KPMG, qualifying as an accountant in 1994 and then onto a career in banking being a director at both PARIBAS and Barclays Capital. He moved to Blenheim in 2003 as Finance Director, before ultimately being appointed CEO in 2016.

Roger File is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years in residential, commercial real estate and planning. Roger worked at both the Prudential and P&O Properties before joining Blenheim in 2003 as Property Director, he takes the lead on all real estate matters but specifically strategic land promotion, development, property investment and portfolio management.

Nigel McGurk is a Strategic Planner with 30 years’ experience, he is Head of Portfolio for us and the Blenheim Estate. He has 10 years’ experience as a Planning Inspector and Government advisor and is England’s most experienced Neighbourhood Plan Examiner. Previously MD of national strategic land and housebuilding companies, Nigel has been strategic land advisor to several estates, including Leverhulme.

Graham Flint joined Pye Homes as MD in 2011. During his tenure he has grown the business, whilst respecting its ethos of developing quality homes for their loyal customer base. Under his stewardship Pye Homes have won 10 NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, which are presented in recognition of build excellence.
