A forward-thinking approach

In partnership with the world-renowned Radley College, Pye Homes are delivering this new community to their own legacy principles.

Church Farm is nestled on the outskirts of Radley village just a few miles from Abingdon-on-Thames. Creating 240 new homes with a forward thinking approach to living. These homes will have air source heat pumps, solar panels to all roofs and will be electric vehicle charging ready.

Part of the local community

The homes themselves are built where possible from local materials, with the design taking its cues from the local agricultural landscape, modern village and even Radley College’s boat house.

On the edge of the community, we have intentionally designed the layout to be much less dense so it reflects the agricultural style of homes next to it, and blends seamlessly into the landscape.

Seamlessly blending in

The biodiversity net gain to this site is stretching and allows Pye Homes to leave the community in a much improved position to how they found it.

Badger highways will be installed along with bee bricks and swift and swallow boxes. The landscaping is designed specifically to be as natural as possible, to blend seamlessly into its rural setting.
