Park View is a new community
built by Pye Homes on land owned by the Blenheim Estate.
It's located directly opposite the Blenheim Palace World Heritage site in Oxfordshire.
Full planning consent was granted for 300 new homes and almost 900m² of A1, A2, B1 and D1 space and supporting infrastructure.
Park View is the first community built to Blenheim Estate Homes legacy principles
and every home is built using locally sourced materials and takes inspiration from Woodstock’s historic design styles, complementing the local vernacular and enhancing the established sense of place.
In partnership with West Oxfordshire District Council, Blenheim Estate Homes won the EG Awards and WhatHouse? Awards for best partnership in 2021 for their work on truly affordable homes.
Demand for homes at Park View has been remarkably high
with half of the homes sold in the first phase before the show home opened. Pye were awarded Small Housebuilder of the year in 2020, with Park View winning ‘Best Design for Three Storeys or Fewer at the Housebuilder Awards.
