We are proposing to redevelop part of the wider Bromsgrove Golf Centre into a sustainable, residential-led neighbourhood to help meet local demand for new homes.
Bromsgrove District Council has idenitifed the site as suitable for residential development as part of its local plan consultation.
Our plans will deliver future-proofed homes, with 50% affordable housing, in a highly accessible, well-connected setting close to Bromsgrove town centre.
The proposals prioritise low-carbon, energy-efficient living, with large areas of new publicly accessible open space, including a new country park, leisure trails and tree-lined streets designed for walking and cycling. Homes will be built to the highest environmental standards, reflecting our long-term commitment to sustainability and stewardship.

The consultation is now closed, and we are reviewing the feedback received to help refine the final plans before they are submitted to Bromsgrove District Council.
